We joined DC a day ago and upgraded to paid membership for the year today. But we can't access anything, can't post on forums and can't see videos. Payment confirmed by ccbill Please assist. stuaic

Yo, anybody out there, please? We want to join in on the fun but the site doesn't recognize that we paid for a membership ( for the whole year in advance).  We can't respond or send a message to anyone, or watch any DC videos or enter the classic site. We have no paid member benefits even though we have a confirmation from CCBILL that we are PAID in ful for a year. Please help!
